Tracking functions are available in the
Professional version and as an option in the Enterprise
version. To get tracking functions in the Enterprise license customers
must subscribe the "Evolution-Assistance-Tracking" program (limitation
of 200 000 mails sent monthly, extra charge for more capacity).
Customers can set their own tracking procedures using their own ressources
any time.
